My overall experience was poor, equipment wasnt where is supposed to be, I reserved it 3 weeks out ans still had to drive to 2 locations to get a trailer. They offered a toy hauler with no way to tie down a car. Not the locations fault it is UHual in it self. Customer service was shit, I will not use UHaul again

JAMES GGenerally do not overcharge for more convenient drop off in Cape Cod. This location was 45 miles from a convenient U-Haul location that would have cost 3x!
