The storage area was a little dirty I’m not sure from what but otherwise it was a great experience

Jeromiah BThe trailer was old and had gaskets that did not seal and allowed water into the storage compartment. When the trailer was picked up one tire was extremely low on air to a point of being dangerous. The person who rented me the trailer was a genuinely nice person but did not understand U-Haul's systems and admitted he had minimal training in the entire process of renting trailers. I might rent again but only with great caution, since U-Haul tried to sneak in a $40 safe tow charge to which I never agreed. Additionally, the amount of texts, emails and paperwork is redundant, annoying and excessive.
