The phone's not working properly.
ROBERT WDonna Lennon at this location was the only reason I waited almost 2 hours, for the previous renter to return the U-Haul I had reserved for 12:30. She has excellent customer service skills and is one of most polite and respectful persons I’ve met at U-Haul. She definitely deserves recognition and a raise.

Natalie PThere was no where to park a 26' big truck, lot was so small, I had to park next to their building which was probably their parking lot. The drop key lock box was locked so I couldn't drop key in slot but slipped it thru slit on back of lock box lid. Kinda stupid
