Very disappointing experience. The tow dolly wiring connection was damaged and unserviceable, so the trailer lights would not operate. We mentioned it to the representative. They said they only rent the equipment and to contact UHaul. Thankfully I had a spare to a set of magnetic lights that I could use. The emergency braking mechanism barely connected in the OK to tow position, but looked bent. During my trip I discovered the emergency braking connection was no longer connected properly.
JAMES DIt was very convenient because of the hours of operation. I didn’t have to take off work early to go pick it up!

Chauncil WI was disappointed that UHaul didn’t offer me a closer location for drop off. I know there are closer ones but that option was not offered.
Stanley LThe location was so busy cashing checks we had to wait about an hour to get the key. Then we were given the wrong key. That took too long to sort out as the associate was arguing with me about which truck I was supposed to take when it clearly was marked on the contract the license plate. After all that the windshield had a chip in it.

suresh aThe business is not signed as "Cowboys Food Mart" so it is impossible to confirm from the outside. If there wasn't a helpful employee inside, I still would be looking. Also the GPS in Google maps is incorrect. I put in the published address and was taken to the opposite end of town. Then I went to a place that had U-Haul trailers at the other end of the building. However the app told me I was in the wrong location 3 different times. Please address these two concerns. TY.

Gary BI paid for a 2-day uhaul truck rental as a gift to my niece that was moving. We told the representative at this location that it was a 2 day rental. They kept telling my niece it needed to be back in 24 hours, so I sent over the invoice which clearly stated 48 hour rental. My niece continued to get calls after she left with the vehicle about getting the uhaul truck back in 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. DON’T RENT HERE!!!!!

GARY TThe location is a gas station. It works for what it is, but can hardly be called a “location”. I had to re-wire one of the tail lights, because it wasn’t working. The trailer itself was in decent condition. The tires were average. Not new, but no dry rot. Ultimately, I used this location, because it was the only option.

Steve LThe hand truck I rented had the wrong number listed on my contract but when the drop-off location charged me $156.00 for the hand truck I called this location and they corrected the number as well as saw that I had $156.00 returned to my account.
NANCY PI tried to explain I did the drop off online. She was rude and made me go back to the truck for mileage.

The problem was this location was also a gas station/convenience store with one person to handle the store, the gas pumps, all extras at the store, & the trailers. It took probably 45 minutes extra because of all the extra duties. That was the ONLY problem.

Mendy Nmake sure the equipment is in good working order, the truck I picked up had a buzzer that would not stop. after 2 hours of none stop ding, ding, ding! you get very irritated have more than one person running the store, I had to wait a long time because the clerk would stop helping me to checking out customers getting snacks and sodas

MICHAEL WPerson at location didn't seem to know how to check out one way vehicle in. He had us take a photo of his screen to prove we turned it in to him. His equipment wasn't working. He had to use my phone to pull up my info. Thank goodness we got it emailed to us ahead of time. No paper receipt for tax purposes, though.

Clint PRight rear tire was flat. I didn't notice until I got the car hauler to my house (about a mile away). Had to keep filing the tire during the day. Luckily it was an "in-town" rental and I only had to go about 50 miles away to pick up a vehicle. For the 100 mile round trip I had to fill the tire four times.
bradford hThey have no idea what they are doing - they argued with me over a VIP gift certificate and I had to call a field manager to help - they could not check the truck in so I had to just leave and hope for the best - when checking the truck out they asked me to help with the computer - it was ridiculous - I will never go back there

Danielle MHaven't been able to open the attachment that was sent for viewing receipt. Would like to be able to see receipt.
Tommy HThe odometer mileage showed 22 miles above the value on the check-out contract. I took a picture and called about the discrepancy, and was told to not worry. I started to drive off, but decided to first check if the dolly was in the back. Found it was not in the truck. I had to go back to the store to ask about the dolly I had ordered with the rental truck. Other than those 2 things, the rental was okay.

NABOURS CComputer was down did not get a contact on paper. Had to drive to a second locstion to pickup the rental truck. While waiting to pick up had to let clerk wait on 4-5 customers. Overall feeling of Uhaul being a low priority part of the location noone even checked for damage I was simply handed the key. Also there was no Appliance dolley as I reserved with the truck
