English speaking. Onsite Rental assistance. I rented from here 2 times. Both times the person on staff spoke very little English. They were extremely friendly and kind but difficult to understand. Both times they had to call someone and hand me the phone so I could pick up my rental truck. Again, they were very helpful and courteous but it is a bit worrisome to not have someone onsite to handle the UHaul business.

Jeffrey SPlease don't tell customers that the price is $19.99 a day or $29.99 a day because in reality it is more than double that amount. I don't mind paying what I paid but Please, Please stop lying to your customers. Be truthful
