There was an issue with the first location. We called and they were very nice and found us a second location for pickup not far away. We headed out to meet at the agreed time and once again no one was there to meet us. We called for a second time to schedule a third trailer and were then notified the first person had a family emergency and the new person was still 5 plus minutes away. I was then sent to a supervisor who said he would lower my rate to just below 20 dollars. I understand things happen but we lost over an hour and a half of moving time and I also never received the discount as promised. Most everyone was nice and the gentleman at the second location was very pleasant. Overall I was frustrated with Uhaul as a whole, I have rented many times but haven't ever had issues like these.
