Very slow check in time, over 1/2 hour, he had computer problems. PREVIOUS to this, we went to Uhaul store and were told that pick up place had changed to the a tow truck, repair service...it reaked of gas fumes...This service, in general, was not what we expected. Shocks on truck need to be checked as well.

My reservation was changed at the last minute to a location that i didn't want to go to. the online check in process was long and tedious and also didn't work correctly. the mileage was wrong for the vehicle and it wouldn't let me change it without getting an error so i had to put the wrong mileage in during checkin and checkout.

David PI want to thank the gentleman I talked to right before 1700 on Thursday, April 23rd who works at Craig’s Towing. He secured a truck for us on the spot to help move all our daughter’s wedding stuff out to their venue in Caledonia, MN. The people we spoke to on the U-haul number would not work with us and told us we could only get it on Friday. So huge shout out and thank you to CRAIGS TOWING!
