The truck was so old. The most uncomfortable seats and no where to charge your phone other a cigarette lighter port. The charger wouldn't be so bad if I didn't need my phone to take a million pictures of the truck. I was on 4% by the time I returned it and had only bright a usb cord with me. Also the check in/out process is horrible and slow. You can't start the process until you get there. You have to take a picture of yourself, of your license and the back..... why couldn't I do this ahead of time. I even called and the rep said I have to wait until I get to the location. Then when finally done and go to get my key, the people at the site say... oh you are late (really? ) next time I will not opt for the self serve option.

Erin NThe location did not help or inspect the trailer when I picked it up. The person helping me did not know how to navigate the U-haul ap and had to call the manager, not on site, to help him through the process. The trailer was surrounded by packed snow which I had to pull the trailer out of in order to leave. Would not recommend and will not rent from this location again.
