It only would of helped to have two employees at this location, it’s in a convenience store so customers coming in needing store stuff and employ had to stop and help them

I reserved a uhaul trailer in one location close to home. My husband got there and the place was closed and no trailer our size on the lot. I called Uhaul and was told they changed the location to a location nearly an hour away, several days prior to pick up day. I was never notified of the change. Got to the new location and the girl had just then got the information on her computer for our pickup. I reserved and paid for a dozen moving blankets. I only received 2 as they didnt have any more. Poor service online and on phone. There was no concern at all that we had been inconvenienced.

Have better customer service. Im being charged for turning it in. You have the truck. Its in good condition. more gas than when i was given the truck and im being charged 161 because your employee didnt ask me where i was returning the truck. And no one at uhual is trying to work with me. I got it from a convent store uhual pick up and was interrupted 5 times during ny pick up cause she had other customers. Get more stores. I will never use uhual again and I'll advise others not to either.

the tongue of the trailer was on the ground and it was too heavy to pick up on my own i had to call for help if they would put it up to where you can drive up and hook up to it will make it much easier for the customer

Make sure that they have their rental that they reserved make sure they're not double charged and make sure they don't have to sit and wait all day long for something to be resolved

UHaul is a very tiny portion of Cross Country's business so there is very little UHaul equipment and almost no signage. I actually drove right by it and came back to ask for directions. The attendant was very personable and helpful. This store needs more UHaul visibility.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul and didn’t really know what to expect. We completed the transaction by simply leaving the key with me and left. We did not inspect the vehicle. The vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas and the furniture pads that I ordered were missing (which I didn’t know till after getting it back to the apartment.) the lady told me to make sure I return the U-Haul with the same amount of gas I received. pressed for time, I continued with the move.

It's in a very odd location. Definitely out of the way. Something out of the deliverance movie. The attendant who ran a convenience store was very friendly. Very strange.

This is the second time I have used this location. They didn’t have a pickup truck available, again, within 20+ miles. They are extremely poorly trained. It’s filthy and there’s so much junk on the counter you can’t see the employee at the computer, and they kept interrupting our transaction every time someone else came in to make a purchase. This time the employee tried to charge me a $100 deposit and then told me the insurance was required. I was told over the phone when I made my reservation that it was not. Then when I tried calling I was told that money could not be refunded over the phone because they couldn’t verify whether there was damage to the truck. If there was damage wouldn’t I be responsible regardless of if I choose not to purchase insurance? Also, the gas station at this “certified U-Haul location” was completely out of gas and we had to drive additional miles to find another gas station. I am completely fed up with this entire experience.

This location is a gas station where the other customers get priority. Took longer than it should have although the woman helping was doing all she could. So she gets a good rating

attempted to rent Uhaul on saturday at this location spent over 3 hours and the cashier couldn't get us the uhaul there was 3 on location buit she couldn't work the softwalre. Rented a uhaul onliane at same location spent over 2 hours waiting to pick it up, arfterreturning spent forever trying to return it. Will never recommend this location EVER
