I had to drop off the trailer at location which was already tightly parked. Meaning difficult to park it well. It would be good if it was taken off my car and parked for me

You can call them back if something comes up. I've used UHaul twice in the last 3 weeks (one a college student move the other helping a friend move). Both times excellent service from online to pick-up to return of the truck. U-Haul is SO organized and SO customer-service driven. Why can't all businesses do what U-Haul does !

Rachel CMake customers aware of all detours in the vicinity of the store that would prolong a trip and maybe allow an extended time to arrive due to them instead being blindsided then said uhaul be given to someone else when the budget was only for the one given away. Awesome thing for a senior citizen to have to deal with being that it was 20 miles further than expected.
Marta AHave equipment present for rental at more reliable locations. Had to drive out of the way to pick up and return the equipment. Was told that the price would be adjusted and paid more than the estimate after this inconveniences.
