The location is poorly kept with deep mud/tire marks and wish they had a better system with checking out the unit. Everything was done via a small phone.
COURTNEY FSuperior customer service. The lady had me check-in in less than 10 minutes and I was back on the road. It is a convenience store so it was nice that they were open late to drop off the cargo trailer.

Laura HHad to go find someone in convenience store. U-Haul inventory we’re in a small field with large holes. Glad it had not rained recently. This place sucks. I would be suspicious of maintenance on U-Haul units.
