Have equipment present for rental at more reliable locations. Had to drive out of the way to pick up and return the equipment. Was told that the price would be adjusted and paid more than the estimate after this inconveniences.

The location was fine. However it was not the location i had reserved for pick up. I got a call the day before pick up telling me that my reserved location was not available. This is not acceptable.

Celina DThe inside of the trailer had some grease on the floor from a previous renter. We had to scrub it off our sofa.and hands. After the it was empty I took it to a carwash bay and pressure washed and scrubbed the inside of the trailer clean.
Loren YEverything went well with the reservation, but the only complaint I have is that the air conditioner didn't work in the truck. It was too hot and customer service didn't do a great job assisting when I called. The truck was returned and I was covered in sweat. Do a better job checking these before renting them to customers. I think some sort of credit back should be warranted.
