No personnel- dropped off after hours

Our scheduled pick up time as 1pm and we had to get our load by 3pm. They did not have a truck for us when we arrived. The truck did arrive at 4pm and we were able to get the truck and go get our load at 4:30pm. We paid $371 to pick up our load late and had to stay overnight in Victoria costing an additional $93.

Read the notes. This franchise has posted opening times. Wasn't opened on time for rental. Franchise falsely charges customers due to under maintenanced vehicle. Franchise passes blame to customer. I bet every employees job for uhual including the CEO, CFO , that the charge is fraudulent. There's a recorded phone call of me to customer service stating faulty gas gage 18 hour's prior to returning vehicle.

The truck needs his steering wheel maintained. Also, this place was closed in the morning when I came to pick the truck up. When the guy finally showed up, the mileage reported on the document was not the same as in the truck. Which whole process delayed for an hour, it was so frustrating.

I know it’s not their fault but I needed to pick up at 8 and they changed location and time to 1030. If it wasn’t available then why did it let me book? Started off moving day late and so frustrated

Everything was good and the truck ran good and it was a huge help in our emergency situation but when we went to drop off and pay he says and the odometer reads we went 225 mis and there is absolutely no way we went 225 mi . I went to Google maps and put in our t trip and we only went 102 miles nothing extra and I know this for a fact, the guy just argued with us and had us over pay 215.83 and that isn't correct I don't know what is wrong with the speedometer but this was not correct and im mot happy with just paying it I want to be charged the correct price not the wrong price and want my money back . Please and thank you

I rented 2 trucks from this location. 1st truck had a very loud belt squeal while driving 2nd truck had a roof leak and caused multiple items to become wet and unsalvageable.

We had an issue with our first reservation. The location we were supposed to pick up at was closed and didn’t leave the keys. This location helped us out. Second time we’ve rented from this location and both times received great service

Yes, great place to drop off a U-Haul. Other places in the area are much smaller and difficult to access with bigger vehicles. Great staff as well, of course they're hotel staff so that tends to figure. Thanks, James

We were not told at the time we picked up the truck there was a mileage limit and were charged $20.00 for going over whatever mileage they calculated we were going to use, i was not aware of the limit.

I had to unhook the trailer myself and had to go into the office to tell the man I could not release the trailer myself before he would I guess do his job. He did come out and remove the trailer from my SUV. I thought or think this is customer service.

Spent two hours cleaning dog hair beyond imagination disinfecting with bleach multiple times cleaned the front of vehicle windshield mirrors and it goes on so a deep show of compensation would be greatly appreciated then the turbo seemed to have been getting stuck consuming more fuel throughout five day trip so also at my desired location were plenty of trucks and trailers was not sure as to why we were inconvenienced with other location on Navarro where our Storeage locker was !!!! Be waiting for response to this review in the form of compensation on total of contract….!!!!!

I was behind schedule an hour because I reserved for 7:30 to the Sam Houston location which was open, only for it to send reservation for 7:30 to a place that wasn’t open and we had to wait. The whole point was to beat the heat. We were an hour behind. Then I get the vehicle that isn’t completely full. I have pictures for proof. When I turned in I showed them the picture and how I filled it up all the way. Their response was I should have told them before I left so it’s basically my fault. I would have been even more behind schedule if they had to go fill it up. This shouldn’t be my responsibility and honestly I should get my gas money back.

The uhaul was full of the stuff from a employee at the hotel, the man showed up to pick up the stuff from the uhaul claiming there was drugs in that uhaul the day before and he was looking under the hood for them . Did not feel comfortable that the employee came to my residence. Worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.. very unprofessional to let the employees drive around and use the truck for personal use.

Needed light adapter. None available. Man who connected the trailer did not put in the cotter pin. Made a turn coming home and trailer came off the receiver. Very dangerous!

I was issued a 20 foot truck with a bad tire, the radials where exposed. This truck should of never left the store in that condition. Roadside assistance showed up 3 hours later after being on hold for 45 minutes with roadside assistance dispatcher. I'll be hard pressed to rent form uhaul again, i rather pay more at Ryder or Penske.

When our destination was in Dallas, Tx to drop off, we were given the address and then told at that address there was no room and had to drive up to another address. Very inconvenient.

The rental smelt like a pack of cigarettes', there was some side discussion that started after I was at the counter that stop me from being helped. This delayed me leaving the pick up site and put me behind on my move.
