It took the man over 45 minutes to get paperwork done that should have been done in 10 minutes then instead of getting us the trailer hooked up he told my husband he had to wait on 2 other people that came in after us before he could do the trailer and that took another at least 45 minutes more so we had to spend almost 2 hours to get a trailer from this location. He was slow and uncooperative and we will never use this location again nor recommend it to anyone
