I rented 2 trucks from this location. 1st truck had a very loud belt squeal while driving 2nd truck had a roof leak and caused multiple items to become wet and unsalvageable.
David AWe had an issue with our first reservation. The location we were supposed to pick up at was closed and didn’t leave the keys. This location helped us out. Second time we’ve rented from this location and both times received great service

Richard RYes, great place to drop off a U-Haul. Other places in the area are much smaller and difficult to access with bigger vehicles. Great staff as well, of course they're hotel staff so that tends to figure. Thanks, James
James KWe were not told at the time we picked up the truck there was a mileage limit and were charged $20.00 for going over whatever mileage they calculated we were going to use, i was not aware of the limit.

Guadalupe HI had to unhook the trailer myself and had to go into the office to tell the man I could not release the trailer myself before he would I guess do his job. He did come out and remove the trailer from my SUV. I thought or think this is customer service.

joseph tSpent two hours cleaning dog hair beyond imagination disinfecting with bleach multiple times cleaned the front of vehicle windshield mirrors and it goes on so a deep show of compensation would be greatly appreciated then the turbo seemed to have been getting stuck consuming more fuel throughout five day trip so also at my desired location were plenty of trucks and trailers was not sure as to why we were inconvenienced with other location on Navarro where our Storeage locker was !!!! Be waiting for response to this review in the form of compensation on total of contract….!!!!!

Aavind PI was behind schedule an hour because I reserved for 7:30 to the Sam Houston location which was open, only for it to send reservation for 7:30 to a place that wasn’t open and we had to wait. The whole point was to beat the heat. We were an hour behind. Then I get the vehicle that isn’t completely full. I have pictures for proof. When I turned in I showed them the picture and how I filled it up all the way. Their response was I should have told them before I left so it’s basically my fault. I would have been even more behind schedule if they had to go fill it up. This shouldn’t be my responsibility and honestly I should get my gas money back.

purvi sThe uhaul was full of the stuff from a employee at the hotel, the man showed up to pick up the stuff from the uhaul claiming there was drugs in that uhaul the day before and he was looking under the hood for them . Did not feel comfortable that the employee came to my residence. Worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.. very unprofessional to let the employees drive around and use the truck for personal use.

JOSHUA GNeeded light adapter. None available. Man who connected the trailer did not put in the cotter pin. Made a turn coming home and trailer came off the receiver. Very dangerous!

Alexis FI was issued a 20 foot truck with a bad tire, the radials where exposed. This truck should of never left the store in that condition. Roadside assistance showed up 3 hours later after being on hold for 45 minutes with roadside assistance dispatcher. I'll be hard pressed to rent form uhaul again, i rather pay more at Ryder or Penske.

Aaron ZWhen our destination was in Dallas, Tx to drop off, we were given the address and then told at that address there was no room and had to drive up to another address. Very inconvenient.
YOUNG BThe rental smelt like a pack of cigarettes', there was some side discussion that started after I was at the counter that stop me from being helped. This delayed me leaving the pick up site and put me behind on my move.

Jesus LMore involvement with customer. NOBODY helped hook-up trailer nor did they offer. All they did was Handel your money. Could barely speak English. Would never go back, and plan on putting it in Social Media.

Wallace WI wish the location had a chart of what will fit in the trailer. I rented for nothing. I told the girl I was transporting a side by side ATV. She assured me it would fit. I made my 1.5 hr drive to pick up just to find out the trailer was too small. Then I drove another 1.5hr back to drop off. I was told I had to still pay for the 24hr rental. I am very mad that I have to pay for something not used due to the employee not having good knowledge of trailer.

Helen BIt's hard to believe that I drove a truck for 160 plus miles in less than 24 hours. I don't understand how 2-30 miles round trip could have generated 160 plus miles on those short trips. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and I will tell people to NOT go to U-Haul for rentals. I feel stupid for trusting and not writing the mileage before and after and this is what I get **** without being kissed.
reyes sSafety chain end links were bent and unable to be used as hooks. It was extremely hard to pass the chains through a standard hitch rings designed for safety chains. The manager was not very helpful, however, hi maintenance man was very capable and helpful.

Anthony HI arranged for a15' box truck and when I went to pick it up they didn't have one so they upgraded me to a 26' which I don't think was a upgrade because the truck was a whole lot bigger than what I actually needed not to mention the amount of fuel this 26' box truck used they really didn't do me a favor by upgrading me to a much larger truck than I actually tried to get.
Herbert NThis location was able to help me on changing my rental from a in-town use to a one way to better assist me due to my long working hours and location. They were able to provide me with a return location closer to me instead of me driving back far to drop off my rental. They over exceed customer help due to the fact that Uhaul customer service center and scheduling could not help me with and they kept transferring me from person to person because they could not help. That is why I recommend this location because they did way better than Uhaul customer help. Great people like this are well appreciated and the reason why people come back. I suggest that customer service should have better training to help out customers.
osvaldo cMy reservation was for the store on Sam Houston. When I arrived there they didn't have a trailer for me. The manager there gave me some lame explanation about reservations not being at a certain location. He didn't know where the trailer was to be picked up at. He sent me to a storage facility that didn't even have trailers or trucks. Total run around! Not ever using that location again. Guy was to busy bragging to a customer how he is the number one seller in the area. How corporate is screwing him by not assigning him more units. Absolute unprofessional!!
