DANIEL L | Overall ExperienceThey stole my things all personnel stuff with pictures of my son and a lot of memories then had the nerve to blame me and lie to say they had no record of me coming to the unit but when I asked for records they said I wasn’t there longer enough to have anything important so it’s my fault and the lady Sarah cussed me out when I asked for my money back because I pretty much paid for my things to be taken I hope they all lose their jobs and their my important memories
CHASITY R | Overall ExperienceWhen I got my things out of storage my bedroom suit had mold on them my couch had mowed on it also and loveseat dead rats in my clothes boxes etc. I thought belongings would be like they were when I put them in there no mold on anything no rats or dead rats in my things but I was wrong.

ELEXUS S | Overall ExperienceThe new owners that took over after, Ms. Kelly, are not as great as she was. They are hard to reach and not helpful. They set up the gate code, without letting anyone know. You had to call and it was always a hassle. When I called to move out, he said he fixed it, yet I was still charged. The facility was great but thanks to Ms.Kelly that is. She should defiantly be brought back!
