Was a little hard to know that's where the turn in was given the closed gate, but other than that it was great and I'd rent from them again if the need arises.

RAYMOND CCustomer service was great, but the truck once the engine was turned off would not start. Had to call U-Haul for maintenance issues on the truck. Which delayed my move for about two hours. The truck needed a new battery and a few other minor things that could have been taken care of prior to Rental. They didn’t offer any thing for my inconvenience.

CRAIG SThe lady in the office is rude!! Before we could even park our truck, she was pointing and yelling at us to park in the visitors parking. There were no signs telling us where to park. Then when we get inside, we asked if there was a truck to rent and she just said, “No!” She didn’t say another word! We left and so I rented a trailer from this location online, which I could have picked up earlier, if she would have told me that there was one available for rent! She called her husband into the office to deal with us; He was a nice older gentleman!

Mallory SThere was a few things wrong. I signed up on Uhaul site and was given one price. Seemed reasonable, then during my checkout on uhaul was given a discount of 30$ if I dropped off at a certain drop off. I thought that was great. When I got to the place to pick up the truck, the worker put in the information just like I was getting a truck for the first time and not using what I had done the night before and was giving me a total of $60 more then what I was given on the website. I questioned it. She ended up calling Uhaul and getting it down $30. It almost felt like a scam and I’m not sure from who, uhaul or the place I picked the truck up from. I felt like I could not get a word in when checking out . I was told that uhal does not give all the other fees when checking out and was blaming the whole thing on U-Haul, but I feel like it should have been the price when I checked out in the uhaul webpage the night before. I told her I wish I had taken a screen shot of what I checked out with. I was stuck with the price at that point because I needed a truck right then. Come to think of it later I should have redone it myself. You live and learn.

DONALD WThe truck I rented was great. The customer service lady could have been more friendlier.
RODRICK BWe were supposed to pick up a truck in Burleson, but because of problems with the truck, it arrived a little late and determined to be unsafe to drive. We were then directed to Crowley where we were able to get a truck. It turned out to be a positive experience, even though it got us started moving a little later than planned.
SANDRA BI booked on line and was told one price and when I picked up the truck the price was around $100 more. I know it doesn't matter to you or if you'll even read this but I'll go to another company next time
RANDALL HThe representative was classless, rude, and i was charged for gas even though I returned the truck with exactly the 1/4 tank of gas required of my contract. There was THE SMALLEST amount of dirt left that was missed and he charged me for cleaning that, too, which I know took less than 10 seconds to clean out with the leaf blower he brought out when assessing the vehicle. He was slow, rude, and would not allow me to rebute, explain, or try to rectify. He was an awful, crotchety, rude old man. He should be fired for his lack of basic human decency.
