I suggest improving your system to better ensure inventory accuracy at U-Haul locations. I had a confirmed reservation at the Glen Burnie store, but after driving for two hours, I was told the truck was not available. I then had to make another reservation and go to a different location. Although my reservation was guaranteed, I did not receive the promised $50 compensation, which is very disappointing. Additionally, the truck I eventually received was not clean. The next day, I noticed a dirty rag on the passenger seat, dirt on the steering wheel, and a forgotten package left in the back of the truck. I have taken photos and can provide them if needed. Overall, I am not satisfied with this experience. I would strongly recommend that customers double-check availability before going to pick up their trucks.
