Improve communication. Attendant to br knowledgeable of rental agreement. Rented $19.95 box truck at 4:30pm. Attendant stated that do to it be lat in the evening to return truck back at 10pm the following evening. So I agreed and paid for rental,plus insurance and 60 miles to be safe. So to my suprise when I returned the truck I was charged $100. When I inquired to why the cost was so high, the attendant said because it was not brought back at 4:30pm and it had gone over the 24hr rental period. I explained to sales associate my concern but was met with confusion. I encouraged attendant to review this with other attendants so that customers are clear on set polices. Attendant became frustrated. I explained that this was unfair and robbery because i had also booked another truck at another location the following morning for 2days because they didn't have a bigger truck available. The next day we returned to the store to get clarification of charges and was told that we were wrong and that truck wasn't supposed to be returned until 4:30pm on Saturday but I brought it back as I was instructed to do on Friday at 10pm. My frustration is that I missed out on and entire day of use and paid for two truck rentals. Attendant even met me at the door and verbally said my name and 10pm drop off. More reason to confirm stores shady practices, lack of comprehension , and communication language barriers. I could have rented a bigger truck for the weekend for that price. I drove 15miles and it cost me $100. Do better Uhaul with training your contractors. Very disappointed because i could have atleast kept truck for the entire rental. Especially since I had paid for it. I also explained that to attendant and they didn't even advise me of it either.

I returned equipment before it was scheduled back. Owner just had me drop the trailer and leave. He waited until after my return time to check it in the system so I got charged double. I had to contact uhaul and had proof I returned it on time. I’m getting a refund but it’s taking several days. If I had not paid attention to my receipt, I would have been charged double. Owner was very nice about admitting his mistake.

JACOB SStop charging people for equipment you don't have. They charged me 7 dollars for a Dolly which they didn't have. I told the person and he still charged me. Y'all need to watch who y'all let use your business name. I'm also reporting them to the BBB.
RONALD AWas a total nightmare from the getgo. Truck was out of gas and the battery died and was stuck at storage facility, added extra charges at rental beginning. Eventually only charged me for one.

Chris WHad to go into the vape shop to rent the truck. I’m highly asthmatic. Was not good for my health. The counter person did not know enough English to complete and comprehend the transaction so he called someone on the phone!
