Not rent faulty equipment to customers. Make sure that the equipment is not only roadworthy but also doesn't posses safety hazards (such as a sideview mirror that is duct taped to the truck) and making sure that the equipment is being maintenanced properly (ie. the tire pressure sensors not being calibrated to allow for a safe and certified trip).

Octavio CHe overcharged me. Ran my credit card for $3 more than the charge on the receipt initially. I let it slide. I rented the Uhaul for 4 hours. Noticed that it was going to be about a hour longer. Went back to location to ask about extending. He said it would be fine but couldn't tell me what the extra charge would be. Said he didn't know it wasn't up to him. Only kept truck 40 extra minutes, for a total of 4 hours and 40 minutes. He charged an extra $22... I questioned him and was told Uhaul charged me. Was told to contact Uhaul. Gave me a number that nobody answered, later found out it was his number. I found customer service number online and the young lady handled the issue professionally. She told me I had been charged for 2 days even though I only had it less than 5 hours...
DAMIEN BWhen i picked up the truck, I didn't check in back of tne truck. When I opened it to start loading. There was very large and heavy flat screen TV in the back. This one was a one way. Now I have to figure out how to dispose of it. I am very disappointed.
