So I went to 4 locations. 1st one I went to I reserved one ended up not having any. They said another one had one, so I went there and they didn't have any. I called uhaul customer support and they said I had another reservation that I didn't make and she gave me the address, I waited in line for 20 minutes for the guy to tell me they sent me to the wrong uhaul and at the 4th location, I was denied using the bathroom after all the bs I went through. I've used uhaul to move all over the country but after today, I'm less likely to ever use uhaul again!LUKE F.

This location was great. But that was after U-Haul never dropped off the truck to my original pickup location so I had to drive all the way over to this location causing me to be late. Luckily this location was ok with me dropping it off a few min late considering all this happened.VLANDON J.

I was wrongly charged for two days rental and had to call a supervisor who did not one thing about it. I feel like I was robbed and they did nothing at all about it. I should've called a cop! I will never use this location and posting warnings on all my social media accounts about this shady, dangerous location and to NEVER go there again. The trailer had broken glass and pieces of broken branches in it. The dude that checked me in was rude, condescending, and I would never go back to this location!Daniel T.
Uhaul online allowed me to make the reservation online for 9 am but the store didn't open until 10 am. I even received a call from uhaul that the truck needed to be switched to a 20 foot truck and they said they would see me at 9. So I showed up at 9 and had to come back at 10. Then the truck was not ready and still had to be cleaned. I was there prior to 10 and the rep said I had to wait until he was done with customers. He was polite and got me going after he assisted a couple other customers first. So basically reservations are pointless.Pedro M.

The early pickup was a nightmare and i had to wait until almost 8:30am to get the vehicle. The app could not locate me being on property so I had to call the 1-800 number and no one could give me the lock code until almost 2 hours later. One gentlemen that worked on site could not assist me and the truck I rented didn't have the dolly I paid for on the rental. It was truly a bad morning all the way around because the person also told me the computer crashed so he could not try to help at all.KEVIN W.

This was not the location I chose to deliver the truck to when I made my reservation. I had to go out of my way to deliver the truck and was told that I was late when I delivered it and was subjected to penalty fees. Situation being what it was, my cell phone died and I was not able to check the truck in in a timely manner.Jason B.

Inside of vehicle was dusty, passenger window handle was broken so it was very hard to roll window down. Drop down mirror on driver side was flimsy and kept falling down while we were driving. Which is not safe. Also the truck drove as if the transmission needed to be check.IVORY H.

This location is outstanding with customer service. My wife and I always use this location when in need of a u-haul. My daughter used a different location earlier in the week and it was a horrible experience. The customer service was terrible. Every time we have cane to this location it has always been top notch. Truck was clean visually. After driving it I realized the truck needed some type of alignment. Steering wheel was off. Pulled really hard to the right. I have no clue if every truck rides like that because this was my first time renting from U-Haul. Slight vibrations in the brake pedal also. This particular truck was really hard to keep on the road.Marterio R.
It was after hours...was a little guarded in leaving a trailer that someone else could hook up to...and I would end up having to pay for it. However, U-haul did make me feel assured that it would be ok after sending them several photos of the location and trailer number. For trailer drop offs I feel it would be safer to take them back when someone is there at the drop off location and can only be returned during operating hours.William F.

When I went to check in I found out this location had no dolly's even though I reserved 2. I was furious! I called the Area Manager (Bob) (no answer), I then called his boss (both numbers were provided at the location. Within minutes the top boss (John) called me back, relayed my information to the Area Manager (who provided a call back) and fixed my problem. The top boss was so kind, I had to call back and apologize for my tone of voice and also the angry voice mail I left. I also thanked him for solving my problem immediately. Moving is a very stressful situation and I am grateful for everyone at the Marbach location! Not only did I have a great experience and a great move, my sister rented a truck the next day from this location based on the positive experience I ended up having with my move.Victoria G.

It would be nice to have some kind of self service portal at the location where you can check in. I had terrible service so it took me over an hour just to get my rental. I didn't everything myself online. If I had a good internet connection it probably would have taken 20-30 minutes.marilyn G.
