This location added a service that I did not request with my online reservation. I requested it to be removed but I was told it cannot be removed because that's how the reservation was made. I specifically remember declining all extra add ons to keep cost low. I will not use uhaul any more because of this bad experience. And I will share my negative experience with friends and family so they're not having to pay for things not asked for.

Have the truck cleaned before renting it out and the man in charged is reaping people off he told me the truck had 3 quarters of a tank to bring it back the same way and I did and he said that he had told me a little over more than 3 quarters i told him no and he got mad told me to leave and for me to suck his dick never again will I go there

Making sure when a customer reserves 2 trucks Ana a car hauler that they are ready at same location and same same time instead of diving 50 miles to get my second trick on the next day as they could not find a 15 ft truck after I reserved it

This man has excellent service for U-Haul customers. If you need any specific vehicle or trailer, he will bend over backwards to get it for you as long as you give him enough notice to secure that equipment. I highly recommend this place for equipment rental.
