I am not sure there is anything to improve because of the two employees I have interacted with. They are both knowledgeable, patient, polite and extremely kind. My niece lives in the area and will be moving in a few months. I have recommended Crystal Clean U-Haul to her already.
IRMA MTruck would not shift. Brakes were poor and truck dirty. Was scared all the time driving. Horrible experience.
