Sign on door stating don't leave rental trailer on property over night is kind of confusing. Because you can leave truck but have to take trailer back with and return it the next day. Kind of difficult if you have no where on your moving location to park one or both of them. Great Customer service
Christeen WOnyx & Eric at Crystal Clean Storage are the most kind and professional people you will meet. Eric took my reservation and answered my questions in detail. Onyx was courteous and went well above the standard of excellent customer service. Onyx took the time to listen to my needs and with a phone call that he did not have to make saved me time to help me complete my move. Moving is difficult but Zach, Eric and especially Onyx made it a lot easier and I am grateful for the customer service each provided. Three very kind Men I had the pleasure to meet.
