The App was terrible, kept asking the same questions over and over, took forever to get through it. Then after uploading pictures, it hung up for hours. I waited for another 1/2 hour for it to complete and all it said was "Please wait while we finish up". I finally took my own pictures for proof of drop-off and left and now I see that it said my drop-off was at 4:28pm, well I was long gone by then so it must have finally finished processing by then. I actually left the drop-off location at 1:00pm. The App definitely needs a lot of work, not sure I will use U-Haul again because of this.
