Busy location as it is a gas station, convenience store, etc. Very Busy! Manager was great, he needs more help!

Had to wait for a bit for an agent to finish my application in person despite having rented with you guys before but it had been a few years. It would be nice to be able to complete registration without waiting for someone onsite.

John DThe trailer I picked up was very dirty compost all over it smelled like manure something that you don’t wanna put your furniture into. I was very disappointed. When I picked it up, I opened it, and I saw that there was dirt on the floor didn’t think nothing of it until I got to my daughter‘s house when I opened it up more I could smell the manure and clumps of manure dirty very dirty. I don’t know how somebody could loan an equipment out like this without checking it before I got there. Yes I looked inside and should’ve refused it, but I had very little time to move my daughter out like I said when I got there and opened it up more the trailer smelled like manure very bad. I want a refund as soon as possible if if I can thank you Mr. Campbell I rent a lot from you guys and this is the first time I had this bad experience please call me as soon as possible 971-930-7531 so we can resolve this.

Alma AI wasted 45min trying to gain access to my truck, the instructions to gain access were totally invalid. No one was there at the gas station to get access, as we were leaving to go to another U-haul I happened to see on a sketchy house next door a hand written note for “Uhaul” so we knocked. Steve was great trying to help us but the man litterally had to get a metal grinder out to cut the lock to get us our key. The app no longer showed any of the check in steps so I couldn’t log mileage. Then returning the truck was impossible because the mileage the app had listed was inaccurate to the vehicle (but I never entered any!) so I couldn’t officially return it. The entire experience was so frustrating!
Anna CJay was really helpful, friendly and made this a breeze! He deserves a raise, and a working tablet for business use - he made everything work out even with work computer/tablet not functioning. Great job, Jay!!
