How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe first time I went to this location I wasn't sure it was going to make it - it seems to be in an odd location. However, today it seemed better suited for and ready for service. The young man that works there is courteous, observant (he noticed the truck I'd been assigned had a bad mirror) and helpful in getting me into the right truck. I'll use the location again.

Karen DIt’s a gas station, but I don’t really know some kind of cleaning expectation for the trucks, and I was over charged on mileage and fuel.
Vincent RThe blankets and dolly were not in the back of the truck. The location does not open until 9 and my reservation was at 8. I had time commitments to meet and could not wait. When inspecting the truck I saw that the passenger side view mirror was damaged and appeared it could fall off. I called the service desk and reported it. They tried to help but I explained that I had time commitments. The truck had only a quarter of a tank so I put fuel in it so I would not run out in case I got caught in traffic. I was still charged for the blankets and dolly even though I confirmed on check in with the app that they were not there and included pictures. The. Upon return I was asked to back the truck in after a day of moving. I could barely do so since I had no passenger mirror that stayed in place.
