Place was an unattended gas station, drop off building looked like a crack house with windows covered and garbage everywhere. There was no one in attendance, just a drop box. Took 5 calls to location phone # to get someone who it sounded like I woke up to be instructed to 'take pictures' and drop the key in the dropbox. Would give this location negative stars if I could.
Eric GI dropped of the keys at 3:30 pm on Friday 10th, via the lock box; The attendant or agent was nowhere to be found; a crude sign on the door said "on break, back soon". I waited 30 minutes before call the 800 number looking for assistance. This is a joke! The location was a mess; rusted equipment, chunks of tree rounds strun around the area. Rotted and rusting abandoned cars, empty liquor bottles, broken lighting fixtures, garbage. I watched at least 4 different people come and go asking to return trailers and trucks; yet no one ever appeared? This was a refuge plie masquerading as a business. Sad. Disgraceful. Lets not start on where the key drop box is located? Attached to an "apartment" building, behind the uhaul center area (if you can call it that). It was 3:30 in the afternoon, yet the place was so disturbing, I asked the agent on line to stay with me while I dropped the key? Terrifying!! If you as a company value your reputation, this location needs to be terminated or at list managed by compiatent employees!! I'm shocked that I am being charged $90 dollars for this experience in bad customer service!
Gwendolyn JI had to wait for about 15 mins because nobody was there and then I feel like I paid too much for a rental truck that is advertised for a low price as $19.95 and I literally drove for less than 8 miles and end up paying almost $70 usd
