It’s not this locations fault really, the truck wasn’t where I was supposed to have picked it up from, no one notified me after my 3.5 hour drive. The truck wasn’t where dirty in the cab and in the box.

Said it was open until 9 PM and there was nobody there. I have done this plenty of times so it was not that big a deal to unhook but the lot is not level and the trailer needed to roll back and bump another trailer in order to stop rolling. I drive across town to turn into a place that was open to avoid this type of issue but they were not "open". That said I do LOVE how easy it is to use the app and return the equipment!

Julie EHave location staffed with a knowledgeable person during all operational hours. In the mornings the person had no knowledge of the process and the message never was received by appropriate person.
SHEILA MThe track had a low air in one of the tire, I asked for a different track, the paperwork was wrong, track number, mileage was wrong and the person was not able to help with the issues. I drove to a different location and the problem was the same, I ended up asking to have things printed and changed the mileage myself, not happy with the customer service and the all situation.
