There was a bottle of urine left in the cab, empty Gatorade bottles, candy wrappers, and over all not clean. Check out and drop off was fine and the van functioned as expected, just was gross inside the cab.

Jae Dpick up wasn't ready even though I made reservation online for a digital pickup. with over one hour late, the truck wasn't ready, no gas at all in the tank - additional delay. this was by far the worse experience I have ever had with renting a u-haul.
