I have nothing to say about the location. It was easy to pick up and the CTC crew was incredibly helpful with all of the issues that came with this order. Now, first off I had to drive 30+ minutes one way to pick it up, while i'm in the middle of moving, when I had made the order to be at the Uhaul location at North Division which was 2 minutes from my house. Completely unacceptable and a massive inconvenience that I had to do that on the day I was moving. When we picked up the truck, it was FILTHY. Crumbs all over the cabin, and dirt and dust everywhere inside the Uhaul. We took the truck because it was the only option available. The side mirrors did not move, the lights on the truck were extremely dim making it impossible to drive at night due to safety concerns. Along with that I had ordered a dolly and a couple of boxes and some blankets, the blankets I received only half of my order, there was no dolly at the location so we had to take that off, and I never received my boxes.
