Unclear which location determines the fuel level but I was charged $77 because someone determined that I only had a quarter a tank. Drop off location said it was the Portland location that made the determination. Regardless, I had to chase down a credit and it’s seriously tarnished and otherwise decent experience.

Truck would turn on without key in ignition… had to sleep in the cab vs getting a hotel for safty of my property being that you could turn the truck on with out using the key. Being that I am disabled this was hard on my health! Wipers only works 75% of the time. When it would be pouring rain I would have to stop and wait out the storm. Tried to contact support for all of this and it was no help! I asked to be contacted and was not! Horrid experience! Pick up location was in the middle of a dirt field with no one present had to get on the phone with cx service and they made me wait an hour for someone to help me. Pathetic… not happy with my experience and services. I even dropped off 2 days early and not using the full mileage. I should get a prorated difference!
Matthew TI had to drop the truck off in the dark and the signage and explanation of how and where to do so on the lot was poor at best. It took me in a friend 15–20 minutes just to find the key dropbox and where I'm supposed to park the truck.
