Onsite help critical when picking up remotely as in my case Carbondale took a lot of effort and time.
JEANNE Rthe app wasn't working correctly...we had to call three people in order to check in and finally get the check in code. Very difficult for a first time user...took us 45 minutes to get in the the truck and go.
Deanna JManager was super helpful, gracious, professional and caring. Experience was fantastic and highly recommend.
Robert YUnclear which location determines the fuel level but I was charged $77 because someone determined that I only had a quarter a tank. Drop off location said it was the Portland location that made the determination. Regardless, I had to chase down a credit and it’s seriously tarnished and otherwise decent experience.
