the app wasn't working correctly...we had to call three people in order to check in and finally get the check in code. Very difficult for a first time user...took us 45 minutes to get in the the truck and go.

Robert YUnclear which location determines the fuel level but I was charged $77 because someone determined that I only had a quarter a tank. Drop off location said it was the Portland location that made the determination. Regardless, I had to chase down a credit and it’s seriously tarnished and otherwise decent experience.
Michael LTruck would turn on without key in ignition… had to sleep in the cab vs getting a hotel for safty of my property being that you could turn the truck on with out using the key. Being that I am disabled this was hard on my health! Wipers only works 75% of the time. When it would be pouring rain I would have to stop and wait out the storm. Tried to contact support for all of this and it was no help! I asked to be contacted and was not! Horrid experience! Pick up location was in the middle of a dirt field with no one present had to get on the phone with cx service and they made me wait an hour for someone to help me. Pathetic… not happy with my experience and services. I even dropped off 2 days early and not using the full mileage. I should get a prorated difference!
