We asked for equipment at 9:00. Got notified it would be 10:30 the day before pickup. Equipment didn’t show up. Had to go to another location. All while paying $150.00 for labor that we set up through your website. Truck didn’t get to our house until 12:00 Pm. Thus costing us an extra $300 dollars. Very bad situation for an already stressful time of moving.
