Dinah GBetter internet connections? Something slowed the site that day compared to the Uhaul on Stateline Texarkana Texas..I use both stores occasionally and the Stateline store is much faster.

Jeffery NHad to drive to another location to pickup truck! Headlight was not working…we called the Uhaul place to see if they would switch out the truck & they said No they could not do that even though there was another truck there! So I called Uhaul roadside assist & repairman came out he got it working but the next day it would not work as we were traveling to out destination and never worked again. So not a good experience since we had to travel in rain awhile with only one headlight working!
DONNA DSure! Here is the translation with proper grammar and spelling corrections: --- The place is perfect, super clean, and organized. The reservation process, everything was great, but the person who works at the desk, and I think she is the manager, needs more training on how to treat customers. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I took a photo of the dashboard with the mileage and the gas level. I noticed that the check engine light was on. I went inside the establishment to let her know that the check engine light was on and that I needed something in writing stating that she had been notified. She told me that she had to attend to another customer and that I would have to wait. She said she just needed to put a note in the system, and that would be it. I told her, "No, I need you to sign here or initial that you were notified of the situation," and she said she wouldn't do that. Honestly, it upset me a lot because these things are legal matters, and there was no proof that I had notified them in time about the check engine light being on. I didn't want to be held responsible for something that might turn out to be very important. In the end, after giving me a terrible attitude, she supposedly put a note in the system, never really doing what she should have done correctly. I took a video of the situation just in case they try to blame me later for something that was never my problem. I will not return to that establishment again, and I will let my followers on social media know about my experience.

JARON TThe folks at Cubby Hole were great! I called the 800 number to find out how to get extra days when the roads in North Dakota were shut down completely for 2 full days and that put us behind on getting to Texas and returning the truck on time. That 800 number was trying to explain what I needed to do but then that woman started screaming "I can't hear you" and not letting me speak and then she hung up. So when I got to Cubby Hole a day late I explained to them about the weather and roads shut down and trying to extend the time and they were able to put a credit into the system to offset the additional charges so we weren't penalized for weather. They were very friendly and helpful.
Lindsay DThis location was closed when I got there. Uhaul system indicated I was supposed to drop off in Shreveport LA. U haul has the most screwed up system I have ever seen. The customer service people could not help with the mobile check in service that did not work at first. The best thing you can do for the next customer is close your doors. The only great part of dealing with Uhaul is the group at Uhaul located at 26 and Harwood in North Richland Hills TX particularly Andrew.. I assume he is the manager and they go out of their way to make it right. For years I use to RV and bought most of my propane there and they were great. If I ever have to move again I will spend thousands of $ more to avoid UHaul.

JERVIS WI placed two reservations for Uhaul a week apart. Last week, I picked up a Uhaul in Searcy, Arkansas. The check-in process was streamlined and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The employee had my information pulled up and was expecting me. The check-in process in Texarkana was horrible. It was not the employee's fault but management needs to work on a more efficient check in system. It took 50 minutes from the time I arrived to leaving with the truck. The employee said the check-in required use of our mobile devices and our photos were not uploading. At the Searcy location, we did not have to upload anything on our phones. The checkin process was completely different. I think that any uhaul vendor needs a uniform check in process. She was not able to troubleshoot issues so she called another employee in on her day off. I will not rent from this location again.

Tia WSignage would help. I literally had to go through all my messages to find the number to call to help get in and get help. No one was on-site so I had no clue what to do. No instructions were given to me before hand I was about to head back to the other location when I finally got through the automated system. I was halfway to the other location and had to turn around.

NOUHAN EI returned the vehicle as directed, within the time specification and filled with fuel. The receptionist informed me that she could not accept the return and that I needed to take it to another location. I refused! I had no prior communication saying that my drop off location had been changed. This location was in my contract and I insisted that it be honored. She said the truck was needed at another location and I informed her that was not my fault. I reported this poor service to the uhaul store in Prosper, TX. Other than the drop off, it went smooth. Extremely poor service!

Kimberly MTell them to go elsewhere. The truck was filthy NO FUEL and still had to wait 30 min for the attendant to show up ( she was outback visiting) no sense of urgency when she did arrive to help. and that took another 30 min. It all should have been ready before my arrival.
