We called before we returned the trailer several times to make sure they were open. No answer, no voice mail. Our scheduled return was for 9 am. So we decided to go ahead and drive by to see whats up. By the time we got there it was 9:58. We mentioned that we had been calling and she admitted that she was out running an errand. In spite of the fact that where was not there at 9 am she still charged us an extra day. Hope your boss reads this so they know you run personal errands on the clock.
