Have more than one person assisting at the location. The wait was too long, and the lady was not very friendly considering she is in Texas, from the south.Oh, and I got charged for extra miles too i don’t know if that was on her or the rental location, I let them know I was not from Dallas and needed to go to Texarkana.They gave me two days and I let them know that I only needed one. They said that I might be refunded money if I return rental earlier. I had to transport my late daughter’s belongings. I am glad that U-Haul was able to assist me through!! Both parties could have been more informative and friendlier. Thanks Gladys .

Lady was rude as hell sitting outside on the phone smoking didn’t offer any help and told me I was at the wrong location when this one is the closest to my house and I always drop my truck here they are usually closed when I do so yeah I know where I am but because she didn’t wanna do any work told me I was at the wrong location while I attempted to drop the trailer off that no help was offered an I really should have just left it in the middle of the parking lot like the other people did there’s but I was trying to be considerate due to the fact it was raining but this lady was no help what so ever

MARK MThe only complaint I had was regarding the 24/7 app. Would not let me pick up the truck. Had to go into the store. The employees were great!!!! Knew exactly what to do. If I were trying to pick up the truck after business hours, I would have been in a trouble due to time restraint. Thank you Vanessa at Cubby Hole for saving the day from the U-Haul app. The U-Haul 24/7 app does not meet the states services or the stated conveniences.
