The manager was so nice and helpful, she was there all by herself and still was able to maintain the outside storage and the rentals!

Staff I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind. Let me know I had all day Sunday (she said I was marked to be returned 8:15am Sunday when I thought is was Saturday) to turn in the truck as they were closed Sunday. I still got charged an extra day so that was a lie... The parking lot is SMALL so if you have a larger truck do not chose here, it fit no where.
Rebecca HWe called before we returned the trailer several times to make sure they were open. No answer, no voice mail. Our scheduled return was for 9 am. So we decided to go ahead and drive by to see whats up. By the time we got there it was 9:58. We mentioned that we had been calling and she admitted that she was out running an errand. In spite of the fact that where was not there at 9 am she still charged us an extra day. Hope your boss reads this so they know you run personal errands on the clock.
