Typical example of U-Haul not knowing what the hell is going on - wrong drop location listed. Drop off location was Instashed of Warner Robins GA, 61 Green Street Warner Robins, GA. They changed the pick-up location with a text message to one a couple of miles away. Was able to pick up the truck 1/2 early so that was nice. Plenty of trucks at the original location every day when I drove by but, OK whatever. Was the computer reservation system was wrong? Or maybe not able to see the real inventory? At least they are on a consistent streak, 3 in a row rentals with pick issues with bad equipment and/or unavailable equipment. I knew enough to plan for problems this time. They could text that they were going to call when they wanted me to take a trailer on the drive for them. Yes they would reduce the price but sorry not an empty trailer bouncing around for 3 days, HARD PASS. Still texted a second time asking again. Changed the drop off location by a text that I never got 2 days before it was due to return. Showed-up at the return location to be told they are no longer doing U-Hauls despite several trucks in the lot. Called corporate and asked what the ?? Yes, we changed it go to this place 10 miles away. New drop didn't know a thing until they looked in the system. At least they did there best on the return after that. Finally got the text on the change when corporate texted to ask if my call answered all my questions. Corporate never updated the contract online that I could see. Not sure how they get anything done.

Then when called asking for 2 more hours I was charged again for an extra few hours not customer service my boss would be proud of.... Moving mom out next month and will not use U-Haul not paying for 2 days again for a half day and moved 18 minutes away Have used U-Haul so many times in the past and the way it is economy is right now I feel I got double charge to help them out but I hope that extra 47 bucks is worth it 50 actually not I think about it when I look at my bank statement because I will be telling everybody I know and posting this on Facebook so everybody knows what you all did to a struggling family as it was... I'll probably never hear anything from this review but at least I got my thoughts out and put together so on the rest of the social media outlets I am now ready to Instagram Facebook and Google review Sincerely very sad and unhappy U-Haul customer
