The location is in a neighborhood I would not advise after sunset. Difficulties with the return process, specifically photographs of vehicle, gas and mileage were not attainable and delayed the process quite significantly. The customer service was worse than poor, was unacceptable. The person in charge of this office did not have any consideration for the people waiting in line for over one hour in a filthy office with no air conditioning. I registered on line to speed up the process, however this person was not interested in doing his job. I had hired movers to help me move my stuff, but they had to leave to another job because it took me one hour and 15 minutes to get the key. I had a great experience with the location. The man who worked there was very friendly and helpful. When returning, I tried to use the mobile link and for some reason it was not compatible with my phone (iPhone). I followed the directions for updating settings but still had issues. The Owner (Caribbean,Afro American) from walking to the lot , before into was very dismissive and rude because of the poverty stricken neighborhood it resides, therefore " unconsciously" has a negative energy/approach to every African American who solicit his business, where as the 2 white customers ( 1 Russian decent), 1 Asian male, was treated/greeted with a smile and helpful service. What a hassle. It took 45 minutes to check in online! I ended up calling customer service and the attendant was great and stayed online until we started truck. All the while being yelled at by a homeless guy high on heroin that was next to the truck. The truck died at one of the destinations. Contacted roadside assistance. After hearing nothing for 30 minutes we were able to restart truck. Checkout was slow. I dont think I will ever use uhaul again. Definitely will never recommend it.Keith M.
The location didn't open at 9 am as the schedule (and my booking) said. Once they opened, the size of the vehicle I booked (way in advance) was not actually available at the location. They gave me two sizes down. They didn't extend the reservation by 30 mins (because I received it 30 mins late). And also, they called us at 1pm, (2 hours before the truck was due) and asked to bring it back as soon as possible. What? That is just terrible customer service. Plus I received NO REFUND for the 30 mites I didn't have my truck from 9 am to 9:30 am.ELLIS P.

Don't drop off here, avoid if at all possible. Absolutely terrible drop off experience. Got to the address at around 6 pm, pulled into the parking lot, and every empty spot had a no parking/private property sign. I called the number provided to me, and the associate who answered contacted the owner of this u-haul facility, and they stated to "park by the dumpster", which also had a no parking sign. The u-haul associate told me if I had any further questions, to go into the curry restaurant next to the parking lot and ask someone in there. Afraid I would be fined, I temporarily parked the vehicle and went into the restaurant. There was a line out the door, I walked in and asked a worker for help with a u-haul drop off, they said they couldn't help me, and that no one there could. So, I parked the vehicle as best I could, put the keys in the hard to locate drop box, and left. This location needs some attention, and the workers there need to be more helpful to u-haul customers. Why run a u-haul location if you don't have the ability to do it properly?Jamie K.

It's extremely difficult to return a truck without assistance. Trucks are parked too close together, and the only way to get a truck into the space is to back it into the lot. Very very difficult for the average person who is not a certified truck driver.Joshua L.

Then when we went inside he then made us do the mobile 24/7 service. The location did not have the dolly we requested but instead gave a very large cumbersome appliance dolly that was not useful. Absolutely horrible. The individual I dealt with was a good guy and very friendly and helpful. However the store is an old grocery store that is empt and has old coolers leaking. Took 15-20 mins until I got into the vehicle. Couldn't even do my pre truck inspection there due to safety concerns of people walking up to you randomly. Also due to the location sharing a lot with another company with them beeping at you to get out of there way. Also instead of looking for a location close to our house they listed one 40 mins away. Talked to customer service about switching drop offs and the customer service member seemed arrogant that I couldn't drop off at a closer location. Also fuel tank had only 1/8th of a tank in a 26 ft box truck???? Why would this ever be ok or allowed?MATHEW L.

There was no rep present at rental, they were in the rear of restaurant. My vehicle tires was low. The rep helped me to get a vehicle w/o a prescheduled reservation. The drop box tube was offset, so my key fell in door not tube. I don't know if you clocked my return time.MONITA H.

- I wish charged for something I wasn't suppose to be charged for and he told me he would fix it but didn't - I tried to get me to sign the contract before checking the mileage and gas level when I said something about it, he stated about me saying I was in a hurry. I never said that. - He lied to the UHAUL CSR that he was outside cleaning a truck when I was calling him on his cell because I had a reservation for a truck but he wasn't I there. I drove pass the truck area and he was not back there. - When I first made a reservation, I couldn't take the truck because none of the equipment was on there. The drop-off procedure was very easy and fast, just take photos of the truck to show conditions, the fuel/odometer, etc. The lot was smaller than the one we picked up at which was nice since it was easier to manage and less overwhelming. The only issue that at night the area the lot is in seems like it could be a bit dangerous. I definitely would not have wanted to be there alone at night (which was when we dropped the truck off). Unfortunately not much can be done about this though. Mostly a caution for future customers.Edward D.

Made my reservation a month in advance and was told it was guaranteed. 2 days before my move they cancel my reservation...make my out of town move to Annapolis into an in town move...making me return my truck back to Baltimore...said they would apply by 50$ guarantee to the cost of my bill...they did not..:the App was absolute horrible.:.kicked me out a million times, made me re enter data...the list goes on. The mgr was great and very personable. The experience was great, but I had some trouble returning the keys at 3:17pm. The doors were locked and I banged on the door, someone saw me and waived me on. Finally after phone call (which rang busy) 4 attempts someone came and opened the door to receive the truck. Im from out of town, so didn't have the 20 min I waited for entry to return truckFred R.

They first called me before my truck was due back questioning where I was. Then I went to drop off it was closed (they were to be open for another hour), no worries I completed the online drop off and was going to put the keys on the drop box. I couldn't find it. I contacted uhaul for help on locating the drop box looked around the building nothing. I was told to return the keys in the morning when they open. I returned in the morning they still were not open, but I did find the drop box during the day time.
