Paid for / reserved dolly and moving blankets though nothing was in truck. Instructions for picking up (via website) was not intuitive at all. Do not recommend using uhaul.
Benjamin E.Internet service was spotty and slow, if the location has WiFi it would be helpful to past that information near the key pickup OR in the app, TruckShare check-in seemed to take forever waiting for photos to upload and pages to load. Otherwise the location was easy to access and use

Curtis C.They should know their equipment better. When asked if the 6x12 trailer had brakes I was told only an emergency brake, no other brake. In fact it has a surge brake. That led to problems later on.

ALAN S.The check in and checkout process was horrible. Nothing worked correctly. Also it never says anything when booking originally but when you go to check in, your required to have a passport or a friend to "verify" your identity. Or a lease agreement. If I was told prior to my pickup I would of been able to provide this information easier. The person at the pickup location was rude and no help whatsoever. The only good part about my experience was the truck itself. It was clean at least and had gas in it. It's very hard to put it back to 3/4 of a tank also without putting more gas than needed in or not enough. I am not sure I will rent from u-haul again unless it's absolutely necessary.

VIRGINIA M.I've used this location 3 times now and the staff are wonderful. I've used U-Haul at least a dozen times in different states but this location has been the best to work with. The trucks are easy to drive in and out of the location and have been clean and ready to go each time.

Glenn T.I normally check stuff out myself but the business was busy. We hooked up the trailer and got me off the property. Got home loaded then noticed the left running lights and left tail light was not working. Driving during day time so not to big a deal
DENNIS B.Firstly my rental was not on my account after making a reservation a week prior which wasted 45 mins of my time. I had to make several phone calls to rectify this. Then the location had a car trailer hooked up to my rental so I had to take 15 more mins to unhook the car trailer. So after 4 phone calls and unhooking a car trailer I was finally able to meet my moving crew 1 hour late. Next time I move I am getting a moving truck from a different company.

JOE M.It's an auto repair shop with a U-Haul side business, so my ratings are more towards U-Haul than Cupps. I was told to park the truck with the others, check-in with my phone, drop the keys in the orange box (which is where again?). This is the same thing as self check out at the grocery store (which I abhor). Am I a U-Haul employee? No. Do I get reimbursed for doing the work of one? No! The whole do everything yourself and pay as much if not more than when actual service was offered is garbage.
Jeffrey J.They made me wait for 5 minutes in pouring rain before they came out to help us disconnect everything from the tires, so we could move the car. The first guy noticed how bad the ratchets were. When the second guy came out he was rude and literally cussed at my husband. It was 100% unacceptable. I will never go here or use this location, ever, period.

Christopher H.The guy told me the engine light was on and the only thing wrong with it was the gas cap. That sounds as a complete lie. An hour and half before we got to our destination. The truck started having engine issues. The smoke was coming into the compartment and the engine was so extremely loud. The truck barely went up the hill and at times felt it was going to cut off any second now. Horrible experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Tanya P.The online process of obtaining the Uhaul was long. We arrived at the location at 1045am and was not able to actually leave the location with the UHAUL until 1130am. I was unable to log onto the website easily because it kept saying my session was no longer available. Very frustrating. When we dropped off the truck and I went to submit the pictures to the website it would not go through so we had to retry (3 times). When checking out on the website it gave me an error message and AGAIN I had to sit there and refresh to try to re submit. That process took about 30-45minutes. Overall the length of the time to obtain the truck and drop off the truck was extremely inefficient and I would definitely not recommend UHAUL to our family/friends when having to go through the online process. ( I tried to contact customer service and the wait time was 25-30 minutes so that was not helpful.)

Nathaniel W.I was informed that they would check in the trailer and when it had not been checked in 2 days after drop off I had to go back and do the online drop off myself. The lobby was also not very clean and no one came out to help me park the trailer I just had to guess where to put it.
