DEWAYNE HI had reserved a cargo van over a month ago. When I arrived, I could not obtain the cargo van. I had to get a 20-foot truck. My reservation was for 6:30 a.m., so I could not get service from the business. On the other hand, when I spoke with the representative, she was invaluable, accommodating, patient, and professional. I did not appreciate that I had to get a truck and pay extra expenses for gas. Also, I had a deadline to pick up my son from the University by a certain time, and I could not be late. What you reserved should be available, especially when I did so over a month ago. Also, the truck did not have a charging port besides a 12-volt, which is not primarily used in today's age. Which could have been disastrous for me, because I needed my phone service for navigation. I had to drive 2 hours to get to my son. Once I got there, I was able to charge my phone. The charging port needs to be updated. The windshield wipers was not operating properly.

Kelly RThe person in charge needs to be on time and in my opinion the truck was way more expensive than it should have been! Especially when I made the reservation you guys gave me an estimate of $35 and it end up costing me $186 plus gas! That was super misleading and Uhaul knew it! I will know better next time!!

DAVID CDid not check in trailer in timely manner and Uhaul customer service was not helpful and I had to do all legwork myself to remedy the issue. It was a very stressful experience to be accused of trailer theft. Never again.

BETHANY NMy suggestion would be to keep a half tank of gas in all the moving trucks. I had to stop and get gas immediately because it was a quarter of a tank when I pulled off the lot. People prefer to fill it up after they are done using the truck not before the even start to move.
Carlissa SGuy in automotive shop was complete asshole. Never going to this location again. Also no U-Haul representative on-site, therefore I had to call customer support to get approval to hook up the trailer myself, which took about 30 minutes of my rental time away as I only had the trailer for 3 hrs.

Walter BI was told the size truck I got was the right size for my needs. It was too small and had to pay an extra 100$ for movers to use their vehicle! Not such a great savings!
LYNNE PLocation was closed - couldn’t find the Dropbox because the uhaul app said QR code was on front door when in actuality it was on a side door it’s the Dropbox.

Robert BI will never pre-register again for self pickup what a waste of my time. Luckily to lady inside helped me out and checked me in I spent 20 minutes in the rain attempting to figure out what to do on the app. It’s a joke. And thankfully the site employees were compassionate enough to take charge and check me out. Other than that is was a pleasant experience!
VICKI LTrailer described as a 6x12 but the loading gate is only 5 foot so I couldn't even use the trailer. When I picked up trailer it still had items in it from the last renter. I was using it to haul a newly purchased side by side but it wouldn't fit through the 5 foot gate opening. So I had to return it the same day and they where closed when I got back . I expected a refund since trailer was not the size as described I think uhaul need to put a note in description that the gate it only 5 foot and not 6 foot .
JOSEPH HI had to call UhAul roadside assistance twice which forced my move to be extended to help pry the door open . All because the door to the UhAul broke and wouldn’t open due to the spring loaded mechanism failing on the back door. Was extremely frustrating.Uhaul dispatch ended up sending someone who propped it open with a dolly about 4 feet to allow the things to be removed.

WILLIAM MThe first trailer we picked up was extremely damaged and dangerous, the side of the fenders were dented in and the wheel was rubbing the fender wall. Wires were sticking out of the tires and we were very fortunate that it didn’t blow a tire. We rented from 9-5, but by the time we switched trailers after having to come all the way back, we lost almost an hour in a half of time. I feel that these trailers should be inspected after every use as this could have caused a major accident if both tires would have blown.
Kayla GI ordered moving blankets and never received any but there was a dolly I never ordered or used. Check in was easy drop off was easy would rent from this location again.

Becky ELocation and truck was good but the app is horrible. If I rotated the screen while taking a picture or filling out a form it would kick me out and restart the entire process. It also wouldn't accept my location and I had to manually scan the pickup barcode.

RUTHANN MOne of the mechanics at Cupp’s Auto was rude and nasty cussing at me because I was unhappy that the until rep was over 30 minutes late from my agreed pickup time the equipments wasn’t even ready for me to pick up and the rep got there and was a little rude saying I could have picked it up with out her the key was in a lock box. I was never given any feed back that she had changed the pick up time without approval to suit her personal needs and I was never informed that there was a pick up box for me not to have to wait for 30min past my pick up time! Had to call corporate location to get some assistance on the matter!
