This location was going through renovations so it wasn't much to look at but the people where very friendly and kind.. the u haul trailer itself came from the USA somewhere going by the plates which also means it's had long trips up and down the country but still in decent shape. It leaks water into the luggage area up at the front of the trailer since my couch did get wet but it's just water so no big deal.. otherwise it worked well and no issues with a good price for the usage of the trailer.

You can be clear in your reservation confirmation emails. I was called less than 24 hours in advance of my pickup in Neepawa to be told that there are no available trucks. I was told that a 26' truck was available at a location in Dauphin. I had to forfeit my reservation at a nearby Neepawa hotel and book another one in Dauphin. The email said guaranteed at this location. I arrived at the location at 8:00am to find out that the location is closed, spoke with a Uhaul agent and was told that a 15' truck is available in Ste Rose. Overall terrible experience.
