Dave PThe man I picked up my u haul from called the police on me and told them I came onto his location, and stole a utility trailer. The trailer was on my order when I submitted it the night prior to pick up. Hes rude. He speaks very poorly of customers. And was very confused too. Called me a Christian and everything and I'm agnostic. I've never been Christian or claimed to be. I have NO IDEA what he did to my order when I put it in, but I had a sergeant call me threatening criminal charges over his confusion. Not happy. At all. Super glad I record all of my calls and interactions with stuff like this. I was able to send everything to the sergeant and get the charges dropped. I would be surprised if I ever used uhaul again.

Brad MI rented the Uhaul for a week and Patrick was nothing but professional and courteous. Furthermore, he made you feel welcome and was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this location to anyone. If you get a chance, check out the old washing machines from the 1950's that he keeps in the waiting area, they are from a different time, but apparently still work.

Brad MThe truck I had did not run well had a miss in engine and the fumes gave myself and passenger headaches. Not sure the procedure to ensure maintenance is done on the trucks but this one needs some attention.

Katherine LI first reserved a 15ft from Salem, ohio for early pick up. I was there at 0745 and the website would not work. So I got breakfast and returned at 0845 to meet up with the owner in the office to be told we don't open til 9 o'clock. I told him I was the 8 o'clock rental but the website didn't work. He said again he doesn't open til 9. After that I left and went to Alliance where they treat you awesome all the time.
