There were limited trainers in the area. Hopefully there’s a way to have more trailers available.
MARK AIt was crowded, people were rushed through, given minimal instruction. Though I had an appointment I was not given priority over walk ins. I was escorted to the truck given quick instruction on taking exterior photos. No check of interior (which the windshield was filthy on the inside suction marks all over it). No run through on verification of lights working. And much to my dismay discovered the ENTIRE WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM WAS MISSING! THANK GOODNESS THERE WAS NO RAIN OR ICE on my drive as that is a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE OF VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING!!! TRULY DISAPPOINTED in the location NOT DOING A ROAD SAFETY CHECK PRIOR TO LEAVING THE RENTAL LOCATION. They convey THEY HAVE CHECKED THE VEHICLE ENTIRELY FOR YOU. LIVE AND LEARN-CANNOT TRUST A UHAUL LOCATION TO TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Juliee HIt was clean. The steering was all off. It felt like i was drifting. So I didn't feel safe driving. But I was treated well and kindly by all staff. The truck just needed some maintenance. But overall they are ok.

FRED AGive back deposit in a timely manner. Two business days and im still waiting on my $72.00. It does not take a bank longer than a day or two to process money refunded electronically. This process is solely how the company sends the money back to its rentee. I took care of the truck and brought it back at the time I was supposed to so my money should be handed back to me timely. Benjamin BReally check your equipment/ the tie downs for the truck trailer one was ripped on the drivers side didn't notice till I loaded the vehicle and had to improvise and make it work with a tie down that I bought.

MARTIN MCustom Bunk Beds UHaul did me well. They got me on the road but only after having to drive 30 minutes to them in the opposite direction of my move because Monument Blvd UHaul (Concord) sent me there. I made a reservation to pick up in Concord, had my reservation / confirmation but I was told they didn't have my reservation or my equipment! And this was after standing in line for 25 mins! The staff member actually gave me some attitude, was not apologetic, and didn't even look at my phone with all my reservation information. Anyways, he told me Custom Bunk Beds UHaul were the closest that had my trailer in deep Antioch. A call to them was never made by Concord to assist and expedite my process. In this situation I thought for sure I would be comped in some way. Maybe some furniture blankets, a dolly... something! NADA! I wish this was for Monument UHaul and not Antioch's Custom Bunk UHaul. Antioch came through for me, but overall an overwhelming poor customer service thanks to Monument Concord UHaul.

Juan VThe customer service was good for the most part. Only thing I can say was that I felt there was an injustice of additional charges after returning the vehicle. I was charged with a 25 dollar fee when the truck had very light trash under the seats so I felt that was a bit of an inconvenience even though the truck was pretty much clean off all other areas. Also I felt I was over charged on the final mileage I was tracked for after returning in.
