One of the WORST EXPERIENCE. I almost wasn't able to pick up. Ridiculous steps, unclear instruction, and totally fucked up process--require two contact reference at 7am, without ANY prior disclosure about the steps. I got stuck in the mobile pickup for 30 minutes and delayed the whole mover schedule, ended up paying extra because of the stupid steps. The worst is without any proper description of the expected steps, I had to wake up my employer at 7am on a weekend due to the process. The scanner failed to scan the back of driver license, too. If these are required, you can totally ask for the information and go through the validation BEFORE the pick up!

How U-Haul Reviews Work1. the trailor was not clean inside. 2. i was asked to sign a document for a cleaning fee for $100 and if clean when returned $50. never been asked this by uhaul. 3. The location did not have a person to help me take off the trailer from my hitch, and i hurt myself doing it alone. 4. The location was not paved, and i got my truck dirty getting back in and out trying to deal with the trailor. 5. UHAUL MOVED MY LOCATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP, CAUSING ME TO TAKE TWO HOURS OFF WORK TO GET AND RETURN THE TRAILER. I'M NOT HAPPY.
