MANJINDER SI want to give a huge shout‑out to Kim at Storelocal Storage in Brentwood. She spent over an hour on the phone with me, walking me through everything I needed and answering every question with patience and kindness. Even with all my calls, she never made me feel dumb or like I was bothering her. She also helped both me and my assistant get my rental squared away. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out.
