This location (Willow in Antioch) was able to meet my needs when I had been disappointed by the Concord location (Monument). I had been given a reservation for a vehicle in Antioch on Hillcrest. Hillcrest could not meet my needs, but took the time to call the Willow location to satisfy my needs.

Rented online and got a reservation confirmation to pick up in Concord got a call the night before and said I had to pick up in Antioch California which added over an hour and a half to my rental I found this very unacceptable due to the fact that I had a confirmation for a pick up in Concord When I called customer service she basically said that I didn't read the fine print which only states that this is a preferred location but when you have a confirmation to pick up in Concord that should be good enough I was not very happy to have to drive 20 miles out of my way each way to go pick up something that I reserved in Concord As far as the location and the people at the location at the Antioch they were fine but it's way out of my way Your online reservations need to state more clearly that when you make a reservation and get a confirmation to pick up and drop off that that's not where the equipment is located Not very happy

This location is at someone's home! Hard to find,off main road.located in the back of a home,around tons of pigeons(caged)..lady who helped us wasn't very friendly at all,and did not greet us..felt odd going into the back of her home to fill out paperwork

My visit was pretty much as I expected it to be,no problems ,went smoothly ,got in and got out on the road in a very short time, could not ask for anything better. the 24 hour return was great,pulled in the lot and unhooked the tow dolly and was on my way.

I did not receive the equipment that I had reserved on line. I reserved a 6 x 12 trailor WITH a ramp. Two locations in Antioch and neither had one. I had to take one with detached, heavy ramps. Uhaul stated I'd get $50 back if they didn't have my reserved equipment. Let's see if I get it back.

Ordered online had to call back when my confirmed location was canceled and was moved 20 miles a way (they charge1.29. a mile + gas) Also did not have the dolly I was confirmed with, as well as the coustermer before me stated as I waited for him to be disappointed. Ordered for 24 hours on pick up said I only had from 9 to 4 stood in line around 20 min (above mentioned), at next closest location to original which I got but still had 40 min. drive. SO 5 hours of actual use, no dolly 133 $ for rental 45$ in gas... had to call their 1800 3 times just to get it set up that bad; guess my time isn't as valuable as the truck's. If that was not a ripe off, THEN SMALL PIECE OF PAPER UP ON THE BACK LEDGE AND A PLASTIC BED PICE OUT THE FRAME WERE STILL IN THERE, CAN'T SAY WE WERE OUT THERE WORKING IN 100 DEGERE HEAT TO LONG ONLY HAD 5 HOURS, BUT RENTLE GUY TALK TO ME AS IF I WASN'T JUST ABOUT TO PAY HIM AS A COUSTEMER, BUT LIKE I OWED HIM A SERVICE INSTEAD.

Gas gauge was 3/4 full when checked out. I suggested I fill the tank, have U-Haul reimburse me for that amount and I would fill the tank for the next customer. U-Haul this common sense approach saying there was no way for them to credit me and they didn't have time to run to the gas station after every rental. This is an inefficient approach and I know I gave back more gas than I had when I rented.

Have waters with fridge in front room with mother. They'll sell instantly as Antioch is very hot and it'll prevent anyone changing their mind as you take the trip to the kitchen to go get one. Other than that your a wonderful family and I appreciate the professionalism of the entire family.

I ordered a 26' and got a 10'. Did not know until pick up. Got a call saying go to different location and theyll give me a 15'. I had to make 2 trips and had to pay extra for miles besides my and helps time! Not happy!!!

Guy who ran the place kind of a prick. Truck was filthy, could barely see out front windshield and window cleaner empty. When turning in truck he did a walk around and said I had scraped the side. First off we never did a walk around when I first took possession of the vehicle. There's no way I did that as the truck was in my driveway or parked in a lot far away from other vehicles. I decided to keep quiet and see what he was going to try and ding me for repairs. The outside of truck was a mess of dings scratches and scrapes. Learned long ago to take pictures and videos when renting in Mexico. Did not expect this BS in Antioch California. Once the a-hole realized I was not going to roll over on any damage he dropped that and went to the next item. I drove the truck 30 miles total. I put in a little over 2 gallons of gas for the use of it. He told me I didn't put enough gas back in the vehicle and charged me $10 for a "Gas Fee". This piece of crap truck didn't even get 15 miles to the gallon according to him. I did not want to argue as I know what his tactic would be to screw with me and charge you me for the scrape on the side of the truck. Stay away from this Hertz franchise. Or if you have no other choice like my situation take pictures and videos before you take possession of the vehicle.
