Unauthorized charge after returning no one called me about the balance they just took it off my bank...That's unfair give a heads up that was for rent.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTo always check the light because it’s only one light working so we had to use the highbeams and when you accelerate that needs to be checked because it was a hard ride all that bumping and jumping up in the in a chair
LINDA YIt was easy pickup at 8:00 in the morning when office hours was closed.
ALBERT AI was able to use the mobile app to secure the truck and get the key. I was even able to call and extend the time for returning the truck. It took a little bit to take picks of the truck on the return( retakes)but no real problem. Getting the key from the lock box was a little tricky. I watched the video which was a great help!
