The lady wasn't friendly at all. She told me to go outside and upload my license, which I did. I guess there was something going wrong on her end because I kept showing her that it went through. She wasn't very helpful, but an hour later she found it. She couldn't even find my reservation initially.ERIC S.

I hardly used their truck. They have not posted their business hours. I followed all their instruction after hours returning of truck. I cleaned it well I sent them photo from their location. I filled gas. they still charged me for gas and cleaning. later they did refund gas charges but not cleaning charges. I did send them cleaned truck photo. I learned my lesson never delivery truck to this location when they are closed to avoid later unnecessary charges such as gas or cleaning.SALEEM S.

The lever on the right side of the driver seat did not work so the back of the seat was a little bit ahead and made driving uncomfortable. I called that location and a man answered but only asked me if the truck was running ok as if what I was telling him was not really an issue.FREDDY O.

What we like best is that the lady at counter is very efficient, quick and thorough. They charge exactly what they quote and they quote correct odometer and gas readings. At other places we have been overcharged for mileage as we did not take photos before leaving premises. Returning trucks is also quick. Owners are friendly and helpful and have a large selection of all you need. We have used 4 Uhaul places in this area and this one gets our repeat business.VIRGINIA V.

First problem was that the location in Antioch on Willow avenue closed at 1:00 on a weekday. My appointment was for 1:00. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the paperwork done and the man that was supposed to put the trailer on my truck had an attitude about me being there late. Ended up that I had to attach the trailer to my truck and he just watched and took some pictures not helpful at allDAVID S.

I have one issue where the fuel tank was full when I got in truck, but as I got down the street I noticed it was actually 7/8 of a tank. I pulled over about 1 mile and took a pic of fuel and odometer. When I returned truck I filled back to 7/8. It looks like I've been charged the extra 1/8 of a tank gas. Not fair. I have the picture to show if there's a way to send to you guys. Other than that, I've always had a good experience from this place and always choose custom bunkbeds.TRACEY E.

We were concerned about the body structure and dents in the truck. My brother drove the truck because he's a Bus driver and he was concern was the mirrors so he could see, the cabs smelled smoke, we didn't realize the passenger side inside was muddy dry muddy. Overall I had a great experience, the Covid restrictions notwithstanding. I was really glad that they were open on New Year's eve. The other U-Hauls in the area were closed. So I didn't mind the line out the door. They had to let one customer in the office at a time. The line moved reasonably well. I did reserve the rental ahead of time, which really is the only way to do it in my opinion nowadays.Daniel D.

This was the worse customer service ever!!! The lady at the counter was extremely rude and snappy. She was worse than a marine drill Sargent. What ever her issues were, we the client were not the reason of her rudeness and bad attitude. Not a hello, a please, a thank you... she treated us like we were beneath her... She was very bossy and very unprofessional! I will never ever rent any equipment from her facility. My original facility was in Pittsburgh and they switched my reservation to her business because the other place did not have the truck I needed. I don't recommend that location to anyone at all!!! The check in process was not smooth. I made the reservation online and was supposed to pick up using the 24/7 share but the app didn't allow me to check in. I had to sit and wait for 2 hours until the store opened. They were very accommodating and I received my rental but the check in process was not user friendly.SHABREN H.

BUYER BEWARE!! The staff here are NOT trustworthy. On a prior rental, the desk staff added a charge (Safe Move) to my contract that I specifically said I did NOT want. They then sent me a bill for the charge that I had to dispute. Then, on this contract, the staff sent me a bill without telling me there was an extra surprise "Cleaning" fee of $15 added to the bill. I had to dispute this fee. The Uhaul rep said I returned the pickup truck with leaves in the flatbed. I told the rep that it was autumn and leaves are actively falling from trees and landing in the flatbed of the truck. Falling leaves are an act of Mother Nature, not me. It is autumn, and leaves are falling, so there may have been some dry leaves in the truck, but there were NO wet leaves in the bed, and the bed of the truck was not "caked" in leaves, wet or dry. Do you think I would take a picture of a truckbed that would be dirty enough to justify a cleaning fee? There was no source of wet anything in the truckbed, and there is no evidence of water or wetness in the picture I submitted, so that is proof that the dealer is outright lying or exaggerating. If Uhaul claims that the bed caked in wet leaves, then I'm sure they took pictures or videos of that. Please ask them for those pictures and videos and send a copy to me. If they claim that my picture shows a truckbed caked in wet leaves, then anyone who sees that picture will know the dealer is lying. The dealer cannot just send me a surprise bill with a generic "cleaning fee" and charge on it without an explanation. They owe me the customer an explanation and pictures. If all they have is the picture I took and submitted, then the dealer will lose this case. This cleaning fee is just an example of the dealer trying make a quick $15 bucks and hope I didn't challenge it. The rep said the leaves were wet and "caked" on the flatbed, which was NOT true. I asked the rep to send me any pics or videos proving this. No pics or videos were sent. The rep said that a leafblower could not clean off the leaves, which I don't believe either. I pointed out that I had picked up another UHaul pickup at another UHaul location (bec. I don't trust the dealer at this location that charged me this fee) and there were a lot of leaves in the flatbed from the truck being under a tree shedding leave bec. it is autumn and that's what deciduous trees do this time of year: shed leaves, yet I didn't complain or ask for a cleaning or a new pickup...since leaves are natural and blow or fall in. There are plenty of nearby Uhaul rental places that are honest and trustworthy. That is where I will be taking my money, and I recommend all others do the same.Kevin F.
