Doing the rental pickup with the app is time consuming. I understand needing the information you require but I have rented from your company a few times before and it shouldn't take 1/2 hr to complete the check out process using your app. Other than that everything is good.Michael L.

I wish the lady that helped me was more friendly. I was really nice to her and she just acted as if she didn't want to be there. The truck I rented #4190 was really dirty inside and outside. It had dried up spills on the passenger door, it smelled like body odor and sweat from years past.Karen D.

The return procedure on my phone did not work because the directions for enabling location did not work. This was not the location's fault. There was a fish hook embedded in one of the furniture blankets that pricked my thumb but did not draw blood. It would have been easy to miss while checking the blanket between customers.Robin C.

The place was CLOSED at 2:45 pm according to a woman that finally answered the door! She instructed a spot for me to park my trailer an 'someone ' would check it in the next day. I told her I had no experience backing up a trailer but she went back inside anyway. took me 30 minute to back it in And DAYS Later, when I called to check, the trailer still had not been checked in!RICARDO E.

Absolutely insane. Lied about hours on Google, had no one to help me with my trailer, acted like I wasn't at Uhaul drop off and told me I had to park it in-between other trailers for them because "how were they supposed to move it?" Honestly these people are ripping Uhaul off and should not be considered an official drop off at all.Haley J.
2 out of 3 people at this location had a bad attitude especially the â€œyard personâ€ named Liz. She was unfriendly and unhelpful right when I stepped out of my car. When I unable to locate my unhaul, come to find out it was not where it was suppose to be; whose fault is this? Liz's! My online order stated 2 hand trucks, when I got there there was only one in the truck. When I went back I was told only one per vehicle, no extrasâ€¦.funny there were multiple hand trucks in view. Poor service and poor attitude all around at this location. Never again!Douglas W.

I am very upset for the milage that I have been charged. They are charging me 78.00 for milage. I only went from the willow location to my house which is 1to 2 miles. Then went from my house to Bay point which is about 5 miles away from my house. I should have been charged a total of maybe 15 miles not 50 something miles. I feel like I have been ripped off from UHaul and I will not be renting from that location againRosaland H.
