It was a bad experience, Customer service was very bad, I have to wait for almost an hour to get my car, when I got a car , wasn't even instructed, I was asking everything.When I brought car back, it was in a very good shape nice and clean,.they charged me for a cleaning service $25, . I left car at the same shape when I got it. I was trying to be nice and I left very good pads for over people to use., unfortunately they decided to charge me $25 to clean up that pads, I felt that I was scammed by this company . Very pure service, I don't think I ever used U-Haul in Antioch..Elena M.
I highly recommend against the self-pick up option for customers. It was absolutely inefficient. From the time I arrived, it took about 1.5 hours to successfully access the truck. There was an issue with the app/browser that gave me an error that said equipment had not been reserved for me. I talked to 5-6 customer service reps that confirmed a truck had been reserved for me - each rep threw me in a loop where I had to repeat myself. The technology to self-pick up a truck is not there yet unfortunately.ALEXANDRIA A.

I drove the u-haul to my house where it did not start again until after I fixed it. Which was after I barrowed another truck to move what I needed to move. I didn't even get to use the u-haul at all.CARL D.

We use this location because they are convenient. Positives - Check in was fast Friendly The gentleman who checked in our return was amazing kind and wonderful (deserves a raise FYI) Negatives - Truck back was filled with spider webs and floor of bed was dirty (asked to have it back the way we got it, well we cleaned it for them and removed the spider webs)Tanya C.

Truck broke down before I could load my things and after I put gas. I had to pay for movers twice because I was prevented from moving the day I planned due to the truck condition. Road side assistance took 3-4 hours to come. Unexceptable!!!Sarina P.

The truck I rented had lights that shined down immediately in front of truck. The driver mirrors wouldn't stay in place that I placed them, so was very dangerous trying to change lanes. I understand these trucks are constantly in use, but , just like airplanes, they need attention to safety. I'm not sure if I would rent again as very dangerousHarvey E.

Windows dirty and could not reach to clean. When I brought it back I didn't realize I was supposed to sweep it. I would have done it but the sign was in back of van and who the heck reads back? It wasn't in contract and I wasn't told ahead of time. The clerk was rude. The sign said $25 charge and she charged me $50 and said it was filthy. It had a little debri and I wish u had my phone to take a picture but didn't. She screamed at me that there was oil stains but I didn't have anything with oil so that was a lie.Mary T.

Checking in via the mobile option was very difficult and even more complicated if you'r running late. The location of the pick was at a giant birdhouse that stunk like bird shit and bugs & birds flying all over you and around you as you try to figure out the complicated mobile check-in. And the lock that you had to open was set with letters that spelled out PUSY. The inside of the windshield hadn't been washed, ever, it was filthy. This place was not very clean or professional, wouldn't recommend this Uhaul to anyone.Christopher T.
