We got charged extra with no explanation. The fuel pump or something has issues we needed to stop every 1 1/2 to fill up. Not to mention NO partial refund at all. I would never recommend out of state with uhaul. EVER. Not to mention they didn’t have us sign papers or anything and made us leave it there stating they’d call us but never did

VICTOR VThe truck had little gas, returned thr truck with the same amount of gas and was charged for gas... even though the lines were on the same spot at pick up and return ...truck felt like a hoopy and was loud . The actual loading zone was great and the space was clean ... dod not appreciate hidden fees at the end with no way to dispute.. I will never use a "small town local" uhual place again
