Have the correct contract info, have someone on site that knows how to work the uhaul system, have a truck that isn’t dangerous (the engine light came on ten minutes into the drive, the tail lights didn’t work, the ‘fuel overflow’ didnt work. Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
