No clear drop off location for trucks, gate is closed. Overall extremely poor experience with U-haul customer support for this moving experience and (unfortunately, multiple) reservations associated with this particular truck. U-Haul in general seems to have developed EXTREMELY poor customer service. I hope you get your reservation right the first time, if you need to change it or if your rental location drops the ball, you'll be forced to play a game of ping pong (you are the ball) between departments since it seems no one support line can handle all problems with a reservation. Absolutely terrible customer service, they promise you a $50 credit for the missed reservation and end up weaseling around it somehow. The only hope you have left is to dispute with your card, U-Haul is useless.STEVEN S.

Owner was confused and rude. I made a last minute reservation online which stepped me through picking up the truck after hours. However the owner did not know anything about it and kept telling me the truck was for someone else. After arguing with me and two Uhaul reps, he basically just gave my husband the keys with no paperwork. One of the helpful reps had to finish my rental online.Antonio G.

Everything went wrong and this was my first uhaul experience and it will definitely be my last. I had issues getting the rental, I had issues closing the back door to the truck and I waited over an hour in the dark, locked out of my old house waiting for road side assistance coming from 23 miles away. The rep tells me I will receive an additional 24 hrs. With the truck since I was now very behind schedule it this was after I talked to three other reps who insisted I stick my hand in a gap at the top of the truck and move something with a spring and I refused because I would like to keep my hand and well all of my fingers for that matter.I finally got to my destination at 3 am when I should of got there before sun down. Then when I bring the truck where it needs to be they want to charge me 40.00 for having the truck past 24 hrs but the rep Caesar told me I would get it free because my time with the truck was being used waiting for the roadside help. All in all a miserable situation. How dare your company tell customers who obviously are busy moving and such to hang up and go online to request help. Really? I'm sitting in the dark outside a house I no longer reside at and I'm cold and starting to get scared and you want me to hang up when I already have some one on the phone so I can go online to a website I've never used and figure out how to request help that way? Really that's logical?? I will not be returning and no I don't want any damn couponsLACHEL R.

The haul customer service and the clute tx haul rental didn't have the balls to call me back and admit to their enormous screw up but the lady at the return location in Roberts town tx was absolutely. Wonderfull. Helpfull and we will patronize her business againRobert B.
I was set up to rent from guy just down the street. Reserved trailer two months early and when I printed out the confirmation I got stuck going to Robstown 20 mile from the location I had reserved from. On top of all that my confirmation said to pick up the trailer at 10:00 am and the place did not open until 12:00 noon. So I WHEN BACK THERE TWICE. No where did it say on their door that they open at 12. You ALL owe me GAS MONEY ASS Clowns.,=!!!!!LAYNE M.

The ratchets on the tow dolly nneded to be lubercated and maintinaced. They were very difficult to work and I ended up having to clean them some to be able to secure my vehicle to the dolly.MATTHEW H.

1st location the truck wasn't available so they moved reservation even though it had already been confirmed. 2nd location we were told to be there at 11 am only to call and be told it didn't actually open until 12 pm. Lady actually kept my husbands Id and credit card so he went to get gas for truck and didn't have credit card. When he went to return truck he walked in office and lady was making out with another lady in office. Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied with service but didn't have much of a choiceJai N.
