Pick up process and drop off process was complicated due to a failed link for pictures and such. Broken parts in the trailer caused trouble moving our items without worry.
KENNETH WPut an entrance or U haul sign or on the door because all doors say "Authorized Personel only" So I circled 2 buildings looking for a way in until an Employee who just happened to be outside hooking up a trailer showed me where to enter. Get updated with U Hauls policies. Staff was awesome, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer.
