The couple at this U-Haul location was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their excellent customer service made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great U-Haul experience.

These questions are hard because there was no one from U-haul at the location because it was closed for weekends. which is so crazy to me because I would think the weekends is when most people are moving and using U-hauls. There was a gentleman that was called in to move a truck that was dropped off and blocking the entrance. He was so nice and extremely helpful!!! He was awesome and thank go he was called in because while I was there several people showed up to rent U-Hauls. He really was great

Mona Mit was a good location but having to use my app to get my rental was not fun at all it was really unpleasant. it took an hour in a half after failed log ins to get my rental. trying to get with customer service was nightmare. in the instructions to rent the truck it stated to take the lock to the front of the building, but nothing was there so I left the lock in the back of the van. this was my first time renting from you in a long time. the app is for experienced users, and it would have been nice for someone to be there to help.

DAVID LThe pick up process needs some help. The app has trouble taking pictures and it was not intuitive how to get it to save. Also the verification process was a little frustrating as well and took longer than expected cutting into our rental time.

JOSEPH CThere was grease marks and muddy shoe prints ALL throughout the back cabin. I had to wipe it off the best that I could so my furniture wouldn’t get messed up. It took me extra time to clean that before I could start moving.

JOSEPH SI ordered 2 dozen moving blankets which were not available. Uhual should let someone know before they walk up to desk if they aren’t available. The Uhual location treated me great so my review reflects them. I would give U-Haul 2 stars for multiple location changes and not providing what I ordered. I now have damaged furniture because we didn’t get blankets AND I had no warning. Surely with technology these days y’all can figure that out…. SUPER frustration.

The new location did not have all items on my order so it left me scrambling for furniture dolly the day of a cross country move. New location also did not have boxes. Staff was very polite and as helpful as they could be.

ALFREDA Sno issue with the location, issue is with the remote access to pick up the vehicles... it takes way too many steps and too long, a lot of this could be done at check in process (drivers license photos etc.) especially when already rented from uhaul and already provided this information. Both times had to call to complete the pick up process.
LORRIE Bguy at the front desk in the flower shop assisted with the rental of the uhaul and was very helpful. Very appreciative.
