Toshia RDid not have all of the furniture pads or the utility dolly on my reservation. Blamed it on U-Haul. The furniture pads they did have I had to haul a distance to the truck. The A/C worked of about 90% of the 1000 miles of my trip.

Eric SThe employee representing this U-Haul franchise was completely disinterested in providing professional or efficient service. His demeanor was rude and disrespectful. He made no attempt to assist in the locating the trailer in the yard. The trailer was not equipped with the 6 furniture pads I had paid for, nor were they provided. Even though I had paid for Safe Tow and Safe Trip, he did not get out his chair in order to provide correct hook-up oversight. Not only will I not utilize this franchise in the future, I have already advised two neighbors to avoid it as well.

Michael SMake sure the customer is aware if its a one way reservation or not. I was charged over 200.00 for taking it to another location. I called and spoke to a representative and she stated that I should have informed the employee where I was taking the truck. I replied that I didn't volunteer that information because I have rented in the past and I had never had an issue. Had the employee told me prior to me making the reservation that it was a one way reservation I would have NEVER rented it. I was the only customer there so the gentleman that waited on me had plenty of time without rush to explain exactly what type of reservation I was getting. I would think that would be a top priority. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.

RON BMake sure the customer is informed about which departure route is best so that their NOT freaking out about potential damage to this equipment. For example, when exiting, I heard my tow dolly making a scrapping noise only to find out that the side exit has low points and potholes and because of that, i thought I was damaging the equipment. Luckily for me, I recognized it immediately and made the necessary adjustments. Otherwise, I would recommend this location to family, friends and others.

TROY RI arrived at 5:15 AM to pick up my vehicle through mobile app. The locations GPS tracker is very far from the road in the dark in between lots of trucks. I had to speak with the U-Haul representative on the phone walking me all over the lot for 45 minutes trying to get let the tracker pick me up. I had a concession event for my business. I was making me run late due to the lack of professionalism at this lot. The seat in the U-Haul would not sit straight up I’m a short person so I had to drive at an angle the whole day. The check engine light was on in the vehicle when I returned I had to walk deep into this property again, but knowing where to go this time at least to get the GPS tracker to tap in so I could check the truck back in. I called this location several times before the day of my rental resulting no one calling me back. I went up to the location to find out what the steps would be was told. It would be very easy, but never was told you have to go very very far back into this property again that is in the dark that is on a dirt road to get the check into work. conclusion this location needs to get their GPS tracker, checked, it is not safe in the dark to be walking around the property that you don’t know where you’re going.

RANIER GGas hand didn't reflect a full tank when truck was filled and overflowed less than 1 mile away from drop off point. I rented the vehicle for 24hrs but brought it back in a 5hr time frame with only 20 miles driven and was charged $20 because they were closed 20 minutes before I returned the vehicle even though it was returned 15hrs before the return time. This company has too many loopholes in order to charge more than what you use.
CHARLES GDrop off was fine. It was hard to see the sign so we pulled up into the wrong driveway, but the drop off location agent was okay with it. He was friendly, and thorough with the inspection and welcomed us back to the area (we are currently in the process of relocating)
