The owner son advised me they were closed on Sunday but could still drop off and I wouldn't be charged an extra day. I got a voicemail message the following day, Sunday from the owner asking when I will be dropping off and they have cameras and was really rude. I dropped it off and was charged an extra day. The owner appears to racists and I will not be going back!

My original request was for the Harris Rd location however I received a text message that it changed to Grand Prairie. When I called and asked for a closer location, she found D Bassett. They were great but I was annoyed that I wasn't made aware that my original location failed to have an adequate vehicle. Overall it was a great experience.

My husband rented a dolly and trailer ... Turned it in the next day early went to sleep until faculty opened to drop dolly off .. Checked account they charged over 150 for a trailer n dolly that was turned in the next day .. Dirty company will never rent nor advise friends and family to rent from this company site!

Facility and customer service on site was great. Online checking needs work. Had to wait so uhaul off site could talk to someone to verify me. That should have been a step when I made reservation. Will use D Basset themselves in future. Do not recommend online checkin in current format.

After loading the trailer I found the left front tire to be flat, I aired it up to 65 psi and in an hour it had leaked down to 30 psi. this was not noticeable with the trailer empty. After waiting 10 minutes on hold for roadside assistance I went online and filed a report. I had fast response on getting the tire changed and the man that came to change it was very professional. I am of the opinion that the trailer tires should have been checked before I left the rental facility.
